Why not try to turn our fake smiles into real ones?

The feeling of fear is a condition that all people face on a daily basis. When we are worried or scared about something or disturbed by a certain situation, fear arises as a feeling, and it is a normal reaction. However, if this situation prevents us from enjoying things we love or hinders the performance of daily duties, then it is likely anxiety.

 

Signs of anxiety can manifest even long after an unpleasant event. Common signs include restlessness, weakness in the legs, trouble sleeping, palpitations, lack of concentration, fatigue, panic, nervousness, and so on. However, we must exercise caution in our interpretation, as these signs can also be associated with many other diseases and conditions. Therefore, accurate diagnosis should be conducted by medical professionals. What we can do to help ourselves is to engage in daily long walks in nature, incorporate mandatory physical activity several times a week, avoid unpleasant situations, and ensure quality sleep.
