When to take a rest?

Resting isn't always about going to sleep or having a little nap. While 30-minute power naps are sometimes necessary, you can also get other kinds of rest. 


Take a little break if your workday has been stressful and you feel like you are losing focus. Engage in a brief conversation with your coworkers, grab some coffee and water, or simply step outside and take a 15-minute break. See how, simply by taking a brief break from the task, you are back at it even better than before.


Also, do not push yourself when you are tired whether studying or working on a large assignment that needs many days to complete from home. Get outside, eat something healthy, sip water, take a shower, or simply go for some fresh air. Additionally, you may work out at home or in a gym.
