The perfect morning routine

Every one of us is looking for something that is called “the perfect” morning routine. We read on the internet, on social media, and everywhere about someone’s “perfect” morning routine. But deeply, we all know that the perfect morning routine really does not exist. Or it simply does not work the same for everybody. Maybe we cannot make it "perfect," but for sure, we can make it better. We have to start the day somewhere, and we have to start it with good energy.


There will always be days when we just can’t move out of bed. We want to spend the whole day in bed, under the blankets, and watching TV, or maybe talking on the phone and scrolling through our Instagram and TikTok feeds. We all have those kinds of days, so we all understand.


The first thing you should do when you wake up and get out of bed is really simple: make your bed. After just a week of doing this, you will see the results. Starting the day with a small win of this kind is just a great feeling. Do a little stretching, not even a full workout, just so you can wake the body up and start the day. Open the windows and get the daylight you need. In just three simple steps, you gained THREE important WINS. You are already ahead because you just won three times.
