Spring is upon us, and that means we should think about the hot summer days. It is the time when sandals and slippers are popular, so it is necessary to take care of the skin of the feet. Of course, the best choice is to have a professional pedicure done, but we can also help ourselves, especially if we don't have any major problems with our feet that require professional treatment.
So, it's about very simple ingredients that everyone has at home; it's easy to make, and the feet will be extremely tender. You need 2-4 cups of milk, a teaspoon of baking soda, and a bowl for washing your feet.
Heat the milk, but be careful not to make it too hot. Two to four cups are enough, depending on the size of the foot wash bowl. Then, pour the milk into the bowl. It is important that it is large enough so that both feet can be placed in it at the same time and are completely immersed in the liquid from all sides. The feet should stand in the milk for about five minutes, then add baking soda.
Gently massage the skin where it is tighter or thicker, especially the bottom of the heels and the area under the toes. When you are done with the milk bath, wash your feet with warm water and dry them well. You will immediately notice that your feet are softer and smoother.
