Let’s have a coffee

A small daily consumption of coffee, around two to five cups, has been associated with a decreased risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, liver and endometrial malignancies, Parkinson's disease, and depression. People who drink coffee may even be able to lower their chance of dying young. Increased alertness, energy, and concentration may result from moderate caffeine use, however, greater dosages may have unfavourable consequences such as anxiety, restlessness, sleeplessness, and an elevated heart rate.

But coffee can also make you feel good in many other ways. Weekend coffee dates with friends are a unique experience that we all enjoy. A beautiful Saturday morning and a cup of coffee with friends - is there anything better? You'll feel happier and have more energy for the day after going on coffee dates with your friends, plus you always have a wonderful chat. So, use the sunny days, take one hour of your day for a coffee, and see the results. It is definitely a life hack.

Let’s grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunny day!
