Did you know that peace can affect whether or not you will have a stressful life? If you react to rude behaviour, you will only make the situation worse. You simply have to find ways to solve all the unpleasant situations and thus preserve not only your dignity but also your nerves. We can at least try.
If you find yourself in a situation where someone is being aggressive towards you and it's not your fault, think about it as if you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Don't take the situation personally. React calmly and treat rude comments like a package you received by mistake and can return unpackaged.
People generally try to adapt their behaviour to the behaviour of other people. So if you smile and show compassion, there's a good chance someone else will respond in the same way.
