In today's world, social media accounts are a constant source of videos and success tales. As much as social media and influencers seem to have increased the bar, we all need to realize that's not the case. Nobody can excel in anything to that exact amount. Because they spend so much time on social media, the majority of young people and teens struggle with confidence.
On social media, a lot of the content is false. You actually don't need the goods they are advertising, the houses and vehicles are rented, and the luxury is just for that video. They're attempting to undermine your values in order to sell you something unnecessary. Nobody is behind in life, and neither poverty nor uglyness define you.
You can get your confidence back with some simple steps. Here they are:
Do not spend so much time on social media
Unfollow all the accounts that do not motivate you, or help you
Create your routine that you will follow every day
Spend more time learning, reading, or doing fun activities instead of on your phone
Even if you are on social media, follow accounts that motivate you and are helpful
Every day, finish small tasks, so you can get back the feeling of satisfaction
Stop comparing yourself with anybody, and do not listen to the gossip
Build yourself just the way you want
Inside everyone there is a beast. Wake him up. You are better than you think.
