The desire to achieve significant goals can feel overwhelming. Many people, including me, constantly chase perfection—only to feel let down when big plans fall short. That was until I discovered Kaizen, a Japanese philosophy centred on continuous improvement through small, manageable steps. This approach has transformed my life in unexpected ways, and I want to share my journey with you.
What is Kaizen?
At its heart, Kaizen is about seeing improvement as a continuous journey rather than a final destination. It emphasizes that tiny, consistent enhancements can lead to significant changes over time. This concept is not just limited to businesses; it can be a powerful tool for anyone seeking personal and professional growth.
