Trust me, after following through with a thorough cleanse, you will notice the difference almost immediately. A well-prepped face is crucial—great makeup starts with clean skin.

What is a deep facial cleanse? It goes beyond your daily skincare routine. It involves eliminating impurities, excess oil, and dead skin cells that build up over time. This cleansing method acts like a detox for your skin, giving it a brighter and fresher look.

Start with a Clean Slate

Once the timer goes off, I rinse off the exfoliant with lukewarm water, making sure nothing is left behind.

Next up is the mask application. I usually opt for clay or charcoal masks. These products do an exceptional job of drawing out deeper impurities. I spread a thin layer across my face, avoiding sensitive areas like my eyes.


While the mask works, it’s a perfect time for self-care. I often enjoy a good book or calming music. Research even shows that taking time for self-care can boost your mood by 20%.


Rinse and Refresh
