Each new day presents us with two potential scenarios. Firstly, there are days when I wake up feeling happy, filled with motivation to accomplish everything I set out to do. Conversely, there are days when I struggle to achieve anything meaningful due to feelings of depression and nervousness. However, it's essential to recognize that this isn't always the case.
Even on days when I wake up feeling happy, I still must engage in activities such as exercise, fulfilling responsibilities, and completing tasks. Conversely, when I wake up feeling anxious and sad, I must still attend to my duties. This underscores the idea that our actions should not be swayed by our fluctuating emotions.
Especially in youth, it's advisable to prioritize our behavior over our emotional responses. By focusing on our actions, we develop resilience and discipline, enabling us to navigate life's challenges more effectively.
