..is a famous Dirty Harry movie line. Is the word lucky directly related to the word happy? What is happiness, and are you happy? Everyone talks about some kind of happiness, but none of those I've asked have given me a precise answer about that.
And is there a recipe for happiness, or perhaps a guide? Or maybe some guidance on how to be happy? After all, it seems that happiness is a relative thing. Different things make each person happy, be it love, money, family, children, animals, shows, music, movies, sports, or going out. We are all happy from the angle from which we see happiness. Actually, that's the point. You cannot be happy if others see you as happy. You can have a sense of happiness only if you know the source of your happiness.
Clearly, not everyone who laughs is happy. Maybe they are just hiding something with their smile, some great sadness that they don't want to reveal in front of others. Some just smile slightly, have a sparkle in their eyes, and walk proudly, some sing and rejoice, devote themselves to themselves and their needs. Some help the environment and family, and some simply do not show it. But can happiness be hidden?
Don't you think it's best to do what makes us happy and live the way we want? There is no need to worry about how others see us. Everyone should look for their own source of happiness and not waste time on others. Everyone who is happy is kind and attentive to the environment. It makes someone else happy.
Grief has never done anyone any good. Not only does it have a bad effect on our mental state, but it can also affect us physically, it can even weaken our immunity. Therefore, it would be best to find our own sources of happiness and be happy.
