Discovering My True Self: The Journey to Self-Awareness and Purpose

It's too easy to overlook our true selves. Many of us grapple with the fundamental questions: "Who am I?" and "Who do I want to be?" Often, these questions lead us to a fog of uncertainty. Luckily, the journey to clarity starts with self-awareness.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath. Place your hand on your heart and just breathe.
This post argues that self-awareness is crucial in understanding our emotions, beliefs, and behaviours. I will share my experiences in exploring these essential questions and offer a roadmap for self-discovery and a more purpose-filled life.
The Essence of Self-Awareness
Self-awareness isn't just a passing thought; it involves understanding, observing, and accepting our thoughts and feelings. By developing self-awareness, we can identify our strengths and acknowledge where we need to grow.
Often, we move through life on autopilot, losing sight of the factors that shape our identities. This lack of awareness can lead to feelings of dissatisfaction.
