Protection against dry eye:
Taking regular breaks: Look away from the computer every 20 minutes for at least 20 seconds

Adjusting the light in closed rooms
Using artificial tears (drop one drop every 2-3 hours)
Humidification of the premises
Intake of sufficient fluids (water and vitamins, especially vitamin A)
