Cellulite occurs mainly in women, but men and children are not spared from this problem either. In women, cellulite appears mostly on the thighs, stomach, and buttocks. It occurs when the fat cells in the deeper layers of the skin expand and, with the expansion, press the connective tissue that surrounds them. It is manifested by bumps on the surface of the skin.
There are several ways to overcome the problem of cellulite; you can even help yourself at home with just some simple tricks. One of those tricks is chocolate coating. It sounds weird, doesn't it? Who would have thought that chocolate could help us fight cellulite?! However, there are people who claim that this has helped them.
The recipe is quite simple. Pour 200 grams of cocoa powder into half a liter of hot water, mix, and cool slightly. Apply the mixture in a layer of 2–3 millimeters. Wrap with foil and rinse with lukewarm water after 10–15 minutes. Repeat this two to three times a week. You can repeat the same procedure with 200 grams of dark chocolate, melted in steam, and one tablespoon of olive oil.
In addition to this, you can also try the blue clay, which cleanses the skin of toxins. The use of clay improves circulation, and the skin receives more oxygen than usual. The blue clay is diluted with water, and then compresses are made that are placed on the critical areas that are affected by cellulite. It also helps with stretch marks! These are such simple and cheap tricks that they are worth trying.
