A Tip for Happiness

Pay attention to the amount of pessimistic news you absorb each day. Try to create a world that aligns with your desires and possibilities. Find the strength to distance yourself from people who are fundamentally dissatisfied with their reality—those who emotionally drain you or, frankly, annoy you. If you must work with them, focus on your own well-being; disengage from negative conversations and limit communication to the essentials. However, this doesn't mean you should become antisocial.

Instead, prioritize spending time with friends who inspire you and radiate positive energy. Surround yourself with cheerful and proactive individuals. In their company, free from regrets and depressing topics, you'll discover a wellspring of adrenaline that propels personal growth.
