A fairy tale about wisdom

Once upon a time, when Wise Men lived on earth in a lush valley nestled between high mountains, there was a community known as the Wiseland Dwellers. Among them was a very old and wise tree named Sage. Sage was a living witness to how many seasons changed and passed and how much rain, snow, and wind passed through its branches. Leaves were falling, new ones were growing, and even once he almost died of thirst. Life was not always kind to him. But still, he had the habit, being very kind, of sharing with others the wisdom he had learned over the years. It was not a few years, and it was not a little wisdom.

...

One spring morning, as the sun relentlessly climbed above the horizon, painting the sky with hues of gold and pink, a young squirrel named Orevche approached Sage with a curious glint in her eyes.

Sage, Orevche began, I have heard the saying that the best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago. But what if we haven't planted then? Is it too late now?

Sage, with the branches swaying gently in the breeze and basking in the sun, nodded thoughtfully and muttered, Ah, young Orevche, that's a timeless truth. Indeed, the best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. However, do not despair, because the second-best time is now.

Orevche thought about Sage's words for a moment, shuddered, and wisely concluded with a certain amount of uncertainty: So even if we didn't start something in the past, we can still start over today and sow the seeds of change!?

That's right, Sage confirmed with a rustling of leaves: Every moment is an opportunity to plant the seeds of growth and renewal. The actions we take today shape the forests of tomorrow.

Inspired by Sage's wisdom, Orevche set out on a journey through the valley, spreading the message far and wide. Along with his fellow Wiseland residents, they embarked on a mission to plant saplings, nurture young shoots, and care for the land that sustained them.

Seasons passed, and as time rolled on inexorably, seasons changed, and once barren parts of the land began to blossom with life. The trees stretched their branches toward the sky, providing shelter and food for all who lived under their canopy. Wiseland residents have learned that it is never too late to plant the seeds of change, turn dreams into reality, and cultivate a future filled with hope and abundance.

And so, in the heart of the valley, where the sun's rays dance with the leaves and the breeze whispers tales of old, stood Sage. A silent guardian of time who reminded all who passed by:

"The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, but the second best time is right now."
